What arrives
The clock, a universal 100–240 V adapter so it runs anywhere in the world, and — on every four-tube clock — a spare tube already in the box. Nothing to assemble and nothing to solder.
If a tube fails
Every clock is covered for twelve months. If a tube goes inside that year we send a replacement free of charge. You fit it yourself: the tubes sit in sockets rather than solder, so one pulls out and the next pushes in like a lightbulb, in about a minute, with no tools. Customs and duties
Orders are dispatched from Ukraine or Spain depending on the model. Any import duty is set by your own country, is charged on delivery, and is not included in the price.
