The clocks are built by hand in Ukraine, and the person who reads this form is one of the people who builds them. Messages are usually answered the same day.

If something has gone wrong with a clock, email shop@nixiestar.com with your order number and a photo or a few seconds of video — the form below cannot carry attachments. A tube that will not light looks nothing like a board that will not start, and a picture usually saves a round of questions. Every clock is covered for twelve months, and a failed tube is replaced free of charge.
