Manuals and downloads
Every clock ships with a printed manual in the box. These are the same documents as PDFs, for when the paper one has wandered off.
Each covers setting the time and the alarm, the sensors and the backlight, and changing a tube — which takes about a minute and needs no soldering. If a tube has failed rather than simply worn out, the warranty page is the place to start.
When a tube goes
A digit that flickers, glows dim or stays dark is the one part of a Nixie clock that wears out. We keep tested Soviet tubes in stock and sell them to anyone who needs one, whether the clock came from us or not: spare IN-14 tubes, spare IN-12 tubes and the large IN-18. Each is new old stock, never used, and tested on a running board before it ships. Changing one takes about a minute, and the manuals below show how.
If your clock is not listed below, write to me. I would rather write the missing manual than answer the same question twice.
Looking for a clock rather than a manual? All our clocks are in one place: Nixie tube clocks by Nixie Star.
