Shipping policy
These terms make up the Shipping Policy of NIXIE STAR. The delivery times and prices below are the ones you are charged at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If a shipment is significantly delayed we contact you by email or telephone.

Delivery times are business days counted from dispatch, not from the order, and are in addition to the 1–3 business days of processing.
Where orders are sent from
Clocks are dispatched from Ukraine or Spain depending on the model. International delivery from Ukraine is carried out by the national postal operator, Ukrposhta.
Tracking
Everything is sent tracked. You receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has shipped; the number becomes active within 24 hours.
PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses
We can ship to addresses within the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duty and taxes are set by your own country, are charged on delivery, and are not included in the price. NIXIE STAR is not responsible for customs charges applied to your order.
If a parcel arrives damaged
Contact us at shop@nixiestar.com as soon as you receive a damaged parcel, keeping the packaging, and we will make it right. Every clock also carries a twelve-month warranty: if a tube fails within that year we send a replacement free of charge.
